What you actually run
A station manager runs three things at once: the ops floor, the customer relationship, and the P&L per airline. Skidd gives each of them a single source of truth.
Ops floor
The Flight Board shows every flight with status, manifest health, and exception count. Drill into Flight Prep to see weight roll-ups, ULD assignments, and tolerance breaches. You don’t need to ask the dock supervisor whether the 1330 cutoff will hold — the dashboard already shows the risk.
Customer relationship per airline
Each airline has its own rate card, its own contract status, its own message contacts. When the airline calls about a discrepancy, you pull up their shipments view filtered by AWB, see the full message thread (FWB in, FSU out, FFM emitted), and answer in the same minute. Replay audit gives you the operator and the second-precision timestamp, so disputes are over before they start.
P&L per airline, per station
Skidd tracks every charge against the rate card it matched on, with a specificity score so you can see exactly why that line fired and not another. Manual charges — the late-acceptance fee, the special handling, the overstay — are captured against the shipment, attributed to the operator, and rolled into the next invoice. Storage clocks run automatically by direction (export / import / transit) with the configured free period per airline.
What you don’t have to do anymore
- Reconcile the warehouse spreadsheet against the messaging system at month-end
- Chase warehouse ops for missing manual charges that didn’t make the invoice
- Explain to the airline why a charge fired by emailing screenshots
- Maintain a separate SGHA contract tracker outside the system
What you’ll add
- Member management with proper role scoping (admin, station manager, customer service, warehouse op, dock supervisor)
- Audit log review on contract changes, rate card edits, and member invites
- Compliance posture review — e-CSD configuration per station, RA designators, missing fields
- Multi-airline expansion conversations grounded in actual revenue-per-station data
